| How safe are my credit card details? |
We do not see or store your card details. They are held by the highly regarded organisation, PROTX on our behalf.
PROTX bill your card when we instruct them to do so. We are unable disclose your card details to a third party.

| When will I receive my order? |
This depends upon whether an item is in stock. Although most items are in stock, at times we will be waiting for a delivery. If delivery time is urgent it is often a good idea to telephone to check on stock availability.
All orders over £80.00 are shipped by a next working day delivery service.
Orders under £80.00 are shipped 1st class post which is often (but not always) next working day.
If an order is shipped on a Friday then remember that Monday is the next working day. |

| When will my credit card be billed? |
We bill your credit card when we ship your goods.
When your order is placed the purchase is pre-authorised. This means that your card is checked to ensure funds are available and the amount is reserved for us to be able to bill you within the next 5 days.
If you view your card account online this pre-authorisation can look like a debit but the full debit only takes place on shipping of goods. |

| Will you email me to keep me updated? |
Our system ensures that an email is sent to you every time that we change your order. This is in addition to an initial email that confirms the details of the order placed.
So when we print off your order in our warehouse you will receive an email saying the status has changed to processing.
Most importantly you will receive an email advising you when your order has been shipped. |
